KEYS
Remember to leave your room key to Reception when leaving the Hotel; in case any key is lost, you are obliged to pay 15 EURO / 20 USD.

DISORDERS
It is requested for you to fill Disorder Form in your room for any disorder likely to happen in your room. Besides, our Human Affairs and Reception shall immediately help you with it.

CAR RENTAL
You may benefit from car rental service at the front Lobby .

LIFTS
Due to risk in playing with lifts, children below the age of 12 may use the lifts if accompanied by the Parents.

DEPARTURE HOUR
Departure hour from our Hotel is 12.00. You may put your baggage to luggage room.

LATE LEAVINGS
For late leavings under payment please give information to Reception one day beforehand. In case your room order is suitable you shall pay 20EURO / 15 POUND / 25USD per person and you may hire your room until 20.30 the latest.

TIP
Tips are just a matter of tradition and are given on demand of our guests.

LAUNDRY
Write down your underwear which you want to wash to the list and leave it on your bed with underwear sack. The list and sack is in your wardrobe. Except on Monday and on other holidays, your underwear is taken before 11.00 and is given back in the evening the next day. Laundry wages are written on your room account and are allocated on departure day. On Sundays and holidays, price difference of 50% is taken on service demands.

DIO KID CLUB
Our Kid Club is on your service between the hours of 10.00-12.00 / 14.00-17.00 for the kids between the ages of 04-12.

CONSULTANCY
Our Reception is on your service for 24 hours and Public Affairs is on your service in the office in Hotel Front Lobby .

DISCO
Our disco is open between the hours of 23.00 and 02.00 everyday .

DOCTOR
Our doctor accepts patients between the hours of 24 hours on call.For emergency cases, you may apply to Reception and Concierge. Doctor wages are subjected to payment and wage is paid to the Doctor himself. It cannot be written as credit on room account. Nursing service is for 24 hours.

FOREIGN EXCHANGE
Our Reception’s Cash Office is on your service for 24 hours. Your currency is changed on daily rate and extra commission is not received.

ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS
You may obtain all information about various plays, fun, recreational activities and sports contests, sauna, Turkish bath, Fitness Centre, Night Shows etc. from Info Boards in the pool and animation crew.

MINI GOLF
You can have a good practice with Mini Golf,and enjoy yourself in Tournaments.

CHESS
You will have a reall fun with Giant Chess and you might win prices in Tournaments.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity in our Hotel is 220 volts and in case of cut-off's, our Generator operates automatically.Please do not use any kind of electrical applicant’s in your room.(Except charger’s)

TRUSTWORTHY SAFE
Hotel Management is not responsible for loss of valuable possessions and cash put in Trustworthy safes put in your rooms. Please do not preserve money and other valuable possessions in another place except for your private safe. You can use your safe box for free.

PETS
Pets are not allowed to enter in our facility due to hygienic conditions. We request you not to feed independent animals.

FITNESS CENTER
Fitness Center within the Main Pool of our Hotel, is on your service for you to keep fit between 09.00-20.00Hrs.You are responsible for Fitness Centre equipment and it is requested for children under the age of 18 not to use Fitness Center without their parents.

TURKISH BATH / SAUNA
It is on your service between the hours of 10.00 - 20.00.

TOWEL AND SHEET
Your sheets and towels for bath are changed once in two days. Please do not use your white towels for bath at the beach, pool and other units. You may obtain colourful towels for the beach from the pool crew with your towel cards and you may have dirty beach towels changed every day between 09.00-11.00 and 17.00-19.00 On leaving give back your towels to the staff and your towel cards to the Reception; in case you lose your towel cards 10 POUNDS / 15 EURO / 20USD is allocated; in case you cannot find your towels put on Chaise Lounge with the purpose of reservation at the beach and by the pool before 08.30, your towels are taken out by staff and Hotel Management does not take over responsibility for your lost property.

POOLS
We have 4 pools totally, one in big size, one pool with slides,one indoor and one as Dio Kid’s Pool. It is harmful for your health to swim in the pool after 20.00 due to cleaning and preparation for the next day. Avoid dangerous jokes to get rid of dangers likely to occur in the pools.Please obey the pool rules.

INTERNET
All around the Hotel area and the Hotel Room’s, we provide you wireless internet without any charge

INTERNET CAFE
You can use internet cafe for your internet connection from the computeers given for your service (EXTRA CHARGE) .

LOSS PROPERTY
Have you lost anything or have you found one? Our Reception, Public Affairs Department and Animation shall help you in a great deal if you have.

CLOTHING
You may have lunch with your bikinis and bathing suits on in only beach and pool cafeterias but not in main restaurants.Please do not use indoor areas with bathing suits.

CREDIT CARDS
You may pay for your hotel expenses with VISA and MASTER CARD,Individual cheques are not accepted but EURO Cheque and Travellers Cheque ACCEPTED.

HAIRDRESSER
Our Hairdressers for both Men and Women available for your service.

MARKET
You may obtain your needs such as newspaper, magazine, postcard, stamp etc from the Market.

FOR YOUR GUESTS
During your accomodation, you should pay 50EURO / 65USD per person to Hotel reception in order to have your guests benefit from the facility for one day until 21.30.We request you for not being opposed with our personnel on this matter. We present it to your knowledge and understanding that the same wages shall be allocated twice as an extra, for your guests who shall leave after 21.30.

ROOM CARE
You may phone from 000 number for anything missing, care, and repair for your room.

GAME LAND
You can have fun with Bowling,billiards,internet,table football and play station.(EXTRA CHARGE)

ROOM SERVICE
You will be served according to the menu in your room 24 Hrs. (EXTRA CHARGE)

SPA CENTER

Modern spas have their roots in ancient towns famed for the healing powers of their mineral waters and hot springs. Travelers would come to "take the waters" and restore their health.Please visit our SPA center for detailed information.

WATER SPORTS
You may benefit from canoe, bicycle and windsurfing (between the hours of
(10.00-12.00 and 14.00-17.00).in our water sports centre at the beach freely.Motorized Water sports and lessons are subjected to payment(10.00-19.00).

TELEPHONE
The national and international calls you will make from your room and within the Hotel, are subjected to payment and you may pay for them, to the Reception.

TAXI
You may ask for help from Reception for taxi calling and taxi to the Airport.

TELEVISION
Information about your television channels are written on 'Info' on TV. Please do not play with the buttons,you can not find any other channel.

WAKE UP
Dial 9 and get help from the telephone connector or you can automatically will be waked up after you set up the time with your telephone in the room(please see the directions)

FIRE
You are requested to observe emergency exit guide behind the door and to have information about the nearest emergency exit and what to do during fire. Please do not smoke in bed and call Reception for emergency cases.
